(like why it takes so long for the images to load. and how to get my name to stay when you scroll.)

they might not make the best type choices (yes, i'm still bitter about the switch...) but ikea certainly has the best wrapping paper. festive without any repeating reindeers or candy canes or santas.

some photographers i've fallen in love with over the course of the semester + some old favorites. one thing that photoimaging, unexpectedly, has been really good for... finding and defining a photographic aesthetic that excites me. once you get past foundation year, it seems all to easy to get sucked into your major and miss all of the other exciting stuff outside of your medium.

still at a loss for christmas presents?

mica's art market started today. & goes on until sunday. go check it out! i was definitely pissed when i had pull this stuff together mid the craziness of finals... but now that i'm done making stuff and inventory lists and price tags... i'm feeling it.

33. take field trips

words cannot do this place justice, so i'll let the photos do the talking. just know it's even crazier in person.

please support globe and buy some of their legendary show posters. they would sure make good christmas presents (not that i'm considering doing that for anyone or anything...) and are worth way more than these modest guys would ever admit.

a group of us from aiga have been working on billboards for the maryland optometric association/maryland society for sight. and in an effort to be a little less jarring than carol's sad story, i think these eye oriented pick up lines are quite fun.
